Park Slope Integrative Medicine PLLC is not enrolled in Medicare and does NOT accept patients who are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid, regardless of willingness to pay out-of-pocket. For more details, see the FAQ section. 

We're Out-of-Network for all insurances but we provide superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursed amount will depend on your insurance provider.
